What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is the modern term for the ancient practice of holding supportive space for others. There are so many misconceptions about life coaching. If I could rename it, I would call it “life guiding”, because the primary job of the coach is to guide their client back to themselves. It is *not* fixing, giving advice, telling you how to live, or saving you. By definition, the coach stands on the sidelines.
As a coach, I walk beside you. I do not travel your path for you, or tell you how to walk the path. I invite you to journey back to your inner knowing, back to your true self - so that you can discover your highest path - and walk this path with deep conviction, confidence, and worthiness.
Is Life Coaching right for me?
People often seek life coaching when they feel disconnected, are navigating big life changes, are at a crossroads, or want to level up in career, relationships, or personal growth.

What’s unique about life coaching is that we don’t start with a diagnosis the way therapy does. We operate from the truth that you are unbroken, worthy, and valuable just by being alive. We unpack patterns from a society that teaches you to look outside yourself for answers and validation. We work together to bring your authority back to you, so you can look inward, discover your purpose and gifts, and take aligned action from your inner knowing. The coaching process is fully guided by YOU - the client. We follow what YOU need, and you can bring anything you want to work on. I have no outside agenda besides getting you to where you want to go.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that unites breath, body, mind, and spirit. It involves physical postures (asanas), breath techniques (pranayama), hand gestures (mudras), and meditative rest (shavasana).
Yoga can help you reconnect with your body, release physical tension and stuck emotions, and reduce stress. This deeply healing practice brings your awareness back to the present moment.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing is the use of sound, vibration, and frequency to induce deep healing, rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. A sound bath is an extended experience of sound healing using various instruments and frequencies.

Jen orchestrates profound sound healing experiences with a unique blend of crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, and intuitive vocal toning and singing. Trained in classical voice since childhood, Jen may bring tears to your eyes as her voice carries you through an intimate and emotional journey through your own inner landscape.
Each crystal bowl is associated with a different chakra, or energy center, in your body. Jen sets an intention for each sound bath, and ends each session with an intuitive interpretation of the frequencies that came through for each unique session.

Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness is the conscious focusing of one's awareness to the present moment. You can tell it's mindfulness when you hold a directed focus on something, such as the breath, a visualization, or a repeated movement. As such, mindfulness reduces stress in the present.
Meditation is an expanded state of awareness characterized by theta brainwave activity. This state is different from waking, sleeping, or dreaming. Meditation produces deep rest in the body, regulates your nervous system, and creates cumulative change in your body over time. Meditation reduces stress from the past.

Jen facilitates mindfulness techniques such as guided visualizations, breathwork, and grounding. She can also guide you through a daily meditation practice.
Jen can teach you how to build these skills to practice on your own, without having to depend on an app, video, or timer.
